1. Product Ordering and Availability

We strive to be as accurate as possible in the descriptions, images, and prices of our products (primarily high-quality kitchen knives, accessories, and sharpening tools). However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the website are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Kitchen Cuts is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, as outlined in our Return Policy (see Section 6).

1.2 Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in INR ( ₹ ) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Prices do not include shipping charges or any applicable taxes, which will be added to your total at checkout.

1.3 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel your order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount.

1.4 Out-of-Stock Products

If any item is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order or offer you a suitable alternative. We will contact you immediately if any part of your order is unavailable.
