• 3 to 6-Hour Delivery Window: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 3 to 6 hours from the time the order is confirmed and processed at our facility.
• Operating Hours: Deliveries are conducted during our standard business operating hours. Orders placed outside of these hours will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.

• If a delivery driver cannot complete the delivery due to an incorrect address, locked gates, or an unresponsive recipient, the order will be returned to our facility.
• Kitchen Cuts is not responsible for product spoilage, quality degradation, or loss resulting from unattended packages left outside or delays caused by incorrect contact details provided by the customer.
