1. Order Processing and Fulfillment

All orders are processed and handled after the order is received. This time is separate from the transit time. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.
1.2 Backorders
If an item in your order is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you immediately. You will have the option to:
- Receive a partial shipment and have the back-ordered item shipped separately at no extra cost to you.
- Wait for the complete order to be filled.
- Cancel the back-ordered item for a full refund..
2. Delivery and Risk of Loss
2.1 Delivery Confirmation
Once your package is dispatched, we provide a information via email. It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking status.
2.2 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for all products purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. This means that once the package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for its delivery.

- Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
2.4 Lost or Stolen Packages (After Delivery)
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it (stolen), please contact your local post office or carrier immediately. Kitchen Cuts is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address.
